By accessing, submitting music through, or purchasing promotional services on this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully before using or submitting content through any CALLYWOOD platform, form, or affiliate service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a track, signing up for services, or otherwise interacting with CALLYWOOD Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not submit or use our services.

2. Artist Submissions

When you submit music, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the submitted material.

  • Your submission does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or rights of any third party.

  • You grant CALLYWOOD Music a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to stream, broadcast, and promote your submitted music through our platforms, including but not limited to:

    • CALLYWOOD Radio X

    • CALLYWOOD Music social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

    • CALLYWOODRadio.com and affiliated streaming networks

This license allows us to include your track in radio rotation, live broadcasts, video content, and digital promotions.
You retain full ownership of your music and may withdraw consent for future use by contacting us at info@callywoodradio.com.

3. Promotional Services & Paid Upgrades

CALLYWOOD Music offers optional paid services — such as radio interviews, social media campaigns, and AI marketing packages — designed to help artists expand their reach.

By purchasing a service, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once scheduling, design, or production work has begun.

  • Services will be delivered within the communicated time frame, and any delays will be addressed directly with the artist.

  • CALLYWOOD reserves the right to adjust service details or scheduling to maintain broadcast or platform quality.

4. Content Usage & Promotion

By participating in CALLYWOOD events or services, you grant permission for CALLYWOOD Music to use your name, likeness, and submitted material in promotional content — including website features, event photos, video recaps, and social media campaigns — solely for the purpose of promoting CALLYWOOD programming and affiliated artist opportunities.

We do not sell or distribute your creative content to third parties for profit.

5. Community Standards

CALLYWOOD Music celebrates creativity, collaboration, and respect within the independent artist community.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission that contains:

  • Hate speech, explicit violence, or discriminatory content

  • Copyrighted material submitted without authorization

  • Content that violates our broadcast standards or community guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

All CALLYWOOD branding, logos, website design, and promotional materials are the exclusive property of CALLYWOOD Music and may not be copied, altered, or redistributed without written permission.

Artists retain ownership of their submitted works but grant CALLYWOOD permission to use them for promotion and broadcast as outlined in these Terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

CALLYWOOD Music provides all services “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss or corruption of submitted files

  • Unauthorized use of your material by third parties outside our control

  • Outcomes or exposure levels resulting from airplay or promotions

Each artist is responsible for ensuring their submission complies with copyright and distribution laws.

8. Termination or Removal

CALLYWOOD reserves the right to remove any content or suspend services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe the material violates these Terms or applicable law.

Artists may request the removal of their content or account information at any time by contacting info@callywoodmusic.com.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

All artist data and submissions are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to review submissions, contact artists, and deliver promotional services securely.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
